1. Eligibility and verification
You must provide accurate wallet information and genuine supporting evidence. Joining-wallet eligibility may be checked against public blockchain records, including the qualifying transaction, amount, and transaction date. A submission does not guarantee approval or payment.
2. Submitted material
Submitted material may include images, screenshots, videos, social-media links, captions, usernames, wallet addresses, and related information. You confirm that:
- the material is authentic and relates to the claimed activity;
- you own the material or have all permissions required to share it;
- it does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- it does not contain unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious content.
3. Promotional-use permission
By submitting a claim, you grant BX Pro and its authorized service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, crop, edit, translate, combine, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted material for:
- BX Pro social-media posts, channels, communities, and advertisements;
- BX Pro and other official company websites or applications;
- marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, educational material, announcements, and promotional publications;
- internal review, fraud prevention, compliance, recordkeeping, and campaign-performance analysis.
BX Pro may use the material with or without attribution where permitted by law. This permission does not transfer your underlying ownership of original content.
4. Personal information and public content
Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are publicly visible. Other submitted information is reviewed through the authenticated administration system. Material selected for promotion may become public and may be reshared by third parties outside BX Pro's control. Do not submit confidential information, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, identity documents, or material you do not want used publicly.
5. Reward review
Rewards are discretionary and may consider reach, quality, originality, completeness, relevance, authenticity, and compliance with these terms. Eligible Social Media Activity Reward submissions may receive 1%–5%, while eligible Scale Up Reward activity may receive 1%–10%, subject to review. BX Pro may reject incomplete, duplicate, unverifiable, manipulated, misleading, or ineligible claims.
6. Duplicate and rejected claims
Each claim type has its stated address-use rules. If an administrator rejects a claim, the joining address may be submitted again under the same claim type. The rejected record remains in the administrative history for audit and reporting.
7. Content adjustments and removal requests
BX Pro may make reasonable formatting or editorial changes that do not materially misrepresent the submitted activity. A request to stop future promotional use will be considered where reasonably possible, but it may not remove material already printed, incorporated into completed campaigns, archived for legal or audit purposes, or reshared by independent third parties.
8. Changes and acceptance
The applicable terms version is recorded when a claim is submitted. Future changes apply only to claims submitted after the revised version becomes effective. Selecting the acceptance checkbox confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
